Mobile terminal on iPod Touch

UCS company offers a new mobile solution on order-taking automation directly at guest’s table and transfer to the system online. Mobile waiter terminal is realized on the basis of Apple iPod Touch 4G/5G, iPhone 4 and higher, is compatible with professional systems of restaurant automation R-Keeper V6 and V7. Solution “mobile waiter” provides considerable reducing of ticket time and restaurant sales volume gain for 10 per cent minimum. This is a modern replacement of waiters’ paper notebooks, allowing to enter an order into the system quickly and without mistakes. Mobile terminals on iPod we also offer as a solution of “the end of the queue” for fast-foods. It is especially relevant for establishments which are located in crowded places or which are exposed to periodical influxes of people.

This solution is a budget one and it is irreplaceable when serving business lunches and during mass influx of guests, as it reduces time of order-taking and its transferring into the system, increases the speed of service and turnover of tables. The terminal works via WiFi and ideally suits summer restaurant grounds or halls, where for one reason or another it is difficult to install a cable for connecting a station terminal.
